Our Kamaboko White from the Kibun brand is a traditional Japanese fish cake stick. Made from high-quality surimi, it has a beautiful pure white color and a firm yet soft texture that is often compared to a mix of tofu and fish cake. It has a delicate aroma and a subtle, savory flavor. This product is perfect for adding to miso soup, udon soup, or oden, as well as for garnishing bento boxes and omakase menus.


Usage
Slice it into rounds or sticks and add to soups or udon.
Lightly bake or grill it to enhance the aroma.
Use it to garnish dishes in bento boxes or on omakase platters.
 

Storage
Store in a refrigerator at 010°C.
Once opened, use within 2-3 days.
Do not refreeze after opening.
