• Shrimps

Except as specified in the following conditions:

• In the case of product quality issues, you must provide clear evidence including photographs or video footage taken at the time of opening and inspecting the product. The evidence must clearly show the details of the issue, and the product must remain in its original, undamaged condition.
• If you experience any health-related issues believed to be caused by consuming our product, please prepare a certified medical certificate stating the cause related to the product you consumed.
• Our company accepts returns or exchanges only on the same day the product is received. Please check your items upon receipt and contact us immediately within the same day.
• Both the product and its packaging must remain in the condition specified above. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.
