Orange vinegar for commercial use
Orange-colored daidais are carefully squeezed. This is a popular commercial product with a gentle aroma and sour taste. The daidais used for this vinegar are harvested green, but the daidais used for commercial use are harvested from late January when they turn orange.
It has the soft fragrance and subtle sweetness of fully ripe daidai. It can also be used in combination with other fragrant citrus fruits.
