Product Description
Our sashimi-grade scallops, sized 3S, are the perfect small, bite-sized portions for a variety of dishes. Sourced from Hokkaido, they are additive-free and do not contain any added water. Each scallop is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), so they won't clump together in the package, making them easy to use. These scallops are a popular choice for Japanese restaurants, omakase establishments, and sushi cafes. They have a natural sweetness, a firm and plump texture, and a melt-in-your-mouth quality when served raw.

 
Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
They can be used immediately for sashimi or cooked by grilling, stir-frying, or baking with butter.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, yuzu, or caviar for an elevated omakase experience.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze to maintain freshness.
