Product Description
Our Katakuri Ko is a pure white, fine potato starch made from 100% Hokkaido potatoes. It's a key ingredient in Japanese cooking, often used as a coating for fried foods, a thickening agent for sauces, or to add a starchy texture to dishes. The flour has excellent water-absorbing properties, which helps create a wonderfully crisp exterior and a soft, tender interior.
 

Usage
Use it as a coating for fried foods like karaage chicken or fried tofu.
