Usage
Mix 1 cup (about 100 g.) of flour with 160 ml of cold water.
Stir gently until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy, as this helps create a crispier texture.
Dip your ingredients into the batter, then deep-fry in hot oil at 170180°C.
