Our Zuwai Kani snow crab leg portions are hand-selected and cut with a piece of the shell left on for an elegant presentation, making them easy to plate. The meat is fresh, firm, and naturally sweet with a beautiful pink color. The IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) process ensures each piece is frozen separately, making them easy to use. These portions are perfect for grilling, hot pot (shabu-shabu), sashimi, or for adding a premium touch to your omakase menu.


Usage
Thaw the crab in the refrigerator (0-4°C).
They can be used for both hot and cold dishes, such as grilling, sashimi, or shabu-shabu.
Avoid overcooking to preserve the sweet and delicate flavor of the crab meat.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
Once thawed, consume within one day and keep refrigerated.
