Usage
Slowly thaw the fish by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for 6-8 hours.
Gently rinse the fish and pat them dry before cooking.
The most popular method is to lightly salt the skin and grill them over charcoal or in an oven. They can also be used in Japanese-style hot pots.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use immediately within 24 hours.
