Usage
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator at 0-5°C for about 6-8 hours.
Slice it as needed for raw or cooked dishes.
It's excellent for grilling with soy sauce, simmering with daikon radish, or slicing thick for sashimi.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
For the best flavor, use within 24 hours of thawing.
