The L size is perfect for a single piece of sushi or for serving as a pair of sashimi. These clams are clean, pre-cooked, and ready to eatjust thaw and serve. Their striking reddish-pink color adds a beautiful touch to any dish, making them a popular choice for omakase menus, sushi bars, and kaiseki cuisine.
Usage
Thaw the clams by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
Serve as sashimi, sushi, or in a Japanese-style salad.
No additional cooking is needed; they can be eaten right after thawing.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
