Product Description
Our boiled scallops, sized 2L, are large and have been perfectly cooked to lock in their natural sweetness. They are incredibly versatile, perfect for dishes like chilled scallops, salads, grilled scallops, stir-fries with butter, Japanese-style fried rice, or miso soup.

Using a Tunnel Freezer system, the scallops are frozen to maintain their firm texture and shape. Their convenient size makes them ideal for both general Japanese restaurants and central kitchens that require a quick and easy-to-use ingredient. They can be served cold as a topping on rice or hot as a grilled dish.
 

Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
They are ready to serve immediately or can be cooked by stir-frying, grilling, or adding to soup.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, or a fusion-style sauce.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
