Our boiled scallops, sized L, have been perfectly cooked using a Tunnel Freezer system to lock in their freshness and texture. Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
They can be used immediately in cold dishes or cooked by stir-frying, grilling, baking, or adding to soup.
We recommend serving them with a lemon wedge, soy sauce, or yuzu ponzu.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
