Usage
Remove from the freezer and soak in clean water for 10-15 minutes to help them thaw.
They can be cooked immediately without rinsing or soaking in saltwater.
They are best simmered with soy sauce, sake, and mirin, or stir-fried with butter and soy sauce.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
