Our Kuro Mirugai (geoduck clam) is a large clam known for its firm, plump meat and uniquely crunchy texture. Usage
Thaw the clam slowly in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 6 hours.
It can be used raw as sashimi, placed on top of sushi rice, lightly grilled, or stir-fried with butter.
For the best flavor, serve with yuzu ponzu or soy sauce and wasabi.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
