Our Shiro Miso from the Shinsyuichi brand is a traditional Japanese white miso paste. It has a mild, sweet flavor, a smooth texture, and a pleasant aroma from a shorter fermentation process with a higher proportion of soybean and koji rice. This miso is perfect for light miso soups, sweet sauces, and marinades for grilled fish. It's also an excellent choice for omakase menus where you want the flavor of the main ingredients, such as tofu or grilled vegetables, to stand out.

 
Usage
For White Miso Soup: Mix with dashi stock and add tofu, seaweed, and green onions.
