Usage
Thaw in the refrigerator (0-4°C).
It can be used in both hot and cold dishes, such as crab rice bowls, chawanmushi, or mixed with mayonnaise.
Avoid boiling it again to preserve the sweetness of the crab meat.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
