Product Description
Himokawa Udon is a fresh, wide, and flat udon noodle produced by Negishi in Japan. It's made with high-quality wheat flour and pure water from its source. These noodles are approximately 2-3 cm wide, with a delightfully chewy and springy texture that holds its shape well and absorbs flavors from the broth. They're perfect for classic dishes like Kake Udon or thick, hearty hot pots like Nabeyaki Udon.

Cooking Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Submerge the Himokawa Udon for about 2-3 minutes until cooked and soft.
Drain the noodles and serve them in a clear dashi soup or a savory soy sauce-bonito broth with toppings like green onions, chicken, mushrooms, and egg.
For cold udon, after cooking, rinse the noodles in very cold water, arrange them on a bamboo mat, and serve with mentsuyu dipping sauce and seaweed.
 
Storage
Store in the refrigerator at 0-5 °C.
Consume within 3-5 days after opening the package.
Keep away from foods with strong odors to preserve its aroma and texture.
