This Uji Matcha from the Morihan brand is a premium Japanese matcha powder made from authentic green tea leaves grown in Uji, Kyoto, Japan's most famous tea-growing region. The leaves are ground into a vibrant green powder using a traditional stone mill, resulting in a fine, smooth texture with a rich aroma and deep umami flavor. How to Use
Traditional Tea: Whisk 12g (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of matcha with 60-80 ml of 70-80°C hot water.
Desserts & Lattes: Use it to make matcha lattes, or sprinkle it on sweets. It's also a great ingredient for baking, ice cream, or green tea sauces.

 
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. After opening, store the package in the refrigerator and seal it tightly to maintain freshness.
