Product Description
Our Ika Tempura is made from high-quality squid, sliced into bite-sized pieces and coated in a light, Japanese-style tempura batter. This product is a convenient, ready-to-fry solutionno extra seasoning needed. The squid is tender and chewy, while the batter fries to a perfectly crisp, thin layer. This is an ideal item for appetizers or as a main component of a tempura rice bowl (Ika Tendon).

Cooking Instructions
Do not thaw the product.
Deep-fry in hot oil at 170-180°C for 2-3 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Serve hot with Tentsuyu dipping sauce or place on top of rice for Ika Tendon.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
After opening the bag, seal it tightly and use the contents as soon as possible to prevent odor absorption.
