Product Description
Our Noresore is a young conger eel, known for its transparent, jelly-like appearance and its soft, yet firm, texture. This seasonal ingredient, which is a delicacy in the spring in Japan, offers a fresh, sweet flavor. It is a popular choice for omakase and traditional appetizers. Its unique texture makes it especially refreshing and melt-in-your-mouth when served raw as sashimi.

It pairs perfectly with soy sauce, ponzu, wasabi, or yuzu kosho. The eels are specially selected and immediately frozen to lock in their freshness, straight from the waters of Japan.


Usage
Thaw a 100-gram pack by placing it in the refrigerator (0-5°C) or in a sealed bag in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
Serve it fresh and chilled as sashimi or use it to create a special dish in an omakase meal.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use immediately and do not refreeze.
For the best results, use the entire pack at once to maintain the ideal clarity and texture.
