The M size is perfect for standard sushi restaurants, such as kaiten sushi, or for mixed sashimi platters. This product is pre-cooked and ready to servejust thaw and plate. It's a popular choice among kai mono (seafood) lovers in sushi bars and omakase restaurants.


Usage
Thaw the clams in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
Serve as sashimi, nigiri sushi, or in a Japanese salad.
Enjoy with soy sauce, wasabi, or yuzu ponzu sauce.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
