Product Description
Kaki Fry (breaded oysters) is a popular dish found in Japanese yoshoku (Western-style Japanese) restaurants. Our product uses only high-quality fresh oysters, which are lightly coated in Japanese breadcrumbs for a perfect crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside texture. The L size is perfect for single servings or for beautiful bento box presentations. It's typically served with tartar sauce, tonkatsu sauce, or a squeeze of lemon.


Cooking Instructions
Deep-fry in hot oil at 170-180°C for 4-5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Drain the oil before serving.
We recommend serving with shredded cabbage and a lemon wedge.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Do not thaw before frying.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
