Usage
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then add 25-30 g of Dashi Kezuri.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then strain the flakes to get your clear dashi broth.
This broth can be used as a base for miso soup, udon soup, soba soup, fish soup, teriyaki sauce, and oden.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
