Our Zao-Soba Dried Noodles from the Miura brand are made from nutrient-rich buckwheat, a natural source of energy. These noodles have a deep color, a firm and chewy texture, and a well-rounded flavor. They are perfect for both hot soba soup and cold soba dishes (Zaru Soba).

Cooking Instructions
Boil the noodles in water for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft.
Rinse the noodles in cold water to stop the cooking process and give them a firm, chewy texture.
Serve either in a hot soup or chilled, as desired.
