Our Yamaimo Soba Dried Noodles are a special recipe made with Japanese mountain yam (yamaimo). This unique ingredient gives the noodles an incredibly firm, chewy, and smooth texture.
Made from high-quality buckwheat flour, wheat flour, and yam flour, these noodles hold their shape well and won't get mushy. Cooking Instructions
Boil the noodles in water for approximately 5-6 minutes.
Rinse the noodles immediately in very cold water to maintain their firm, chewy texture.
