Our Shiso Somen Dried Noodles have a beautiful light pink color, naturally extracted from Japanese shiso leaves. They carry a subtle shiso aroma that adds a unique dimension to any noodle dish. Cooking Instructions
Boil the noodles in water for about 2-3 minutes.
Rinse them immediately in very cold water to keep them firm and smooth.
Serve with a mentsuyu dipping sauce or as a part of an omakase meal.
