Our Nihon Soba is authentic Japanese soba from the Katokichi brand. Made from high-quality buckwheat flour, these noodles are fragrant, soft, and have a firm, chewy texture. They are perfect for cold soba, soba soup, or stir-fried soba dishes. These noodles are easy to preparejust boil them or warm them in the microwave.

Cooking Instructions
Boil water, add the frozen noodles, and cook for 1-2 minutes until soft.
For cold soba, rinse the noodles in cold water. For hot soba, add them directly to your soup.
Alternatively, you can heat the noodles in the microwave without thawing.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
