These noodles have a wonderful firm, chewy texture and a distinct fragrance. They are perfect for cold soba, hot soba, or Japanese-style stir-fried soba. Made from high-quality buckwheat, these noodles are all-natural and free of preservatives.

Cooking Instructions
Boil water, add the frozen noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
For cold dishes, immediately transfer to an ice bath to maintain their firm, chewy texture.
You can also add them to hot soup or use them in stir-fry dishes.
 
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
