Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen; do not thaw.
Pan-Frying: Heat a small amount of oil in a pan until hot. Place the frozen gyoza in the pan and pan-fry until the bottoms are golden and crispy. You can also add a little water and cover the pan to steam the top part for a softer texture.
Steaming or Boiling: For a softer texture, you can steam the gyoza or boil them in a soup of your choice.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
