Our Shiba Ebi Karaage features crispy, bite-sized fried shrimp from the Yamata brand. Made from high-quality fresh shrimp, they are seasoned with a special Japanese blend, coated in a light batter, and fried to a golden crisp.

The shrimp inside are sweet and tender, while the thin coating is wonderfully crunchy and fragrant. This is a classic appetizer or snack, and a very popular dish in Japanese izakayas and restaurants, especially when paired with a cold beer.

Cooking Instructions
Deep-fry in hot oil at 170-180°C for approximately 2-3 minutes until crispy. Serve with a lemon wedge or your favorite dipping sauce.

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
