This Buri Toro is made exclusively from the belly (Toro) of high-quality yellowtail, known for its rich flavor and high-fat content. The meat has beautiful marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, making it an excellent choice for a variety of dishes. It is frozen at -6°C to 0°C to lock in maximum freshness, and is ready to be used for sashimi, grilled buri, sushi, or shabu-shabu.

Preparation
Thawing: Slowly thaw by placing the sealed pack in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for 6-8 hours.
Slicing: Use a sharp sashimi knife to slice to your desired thickness.
Storage: If you don't use the entire piece, we recommend slicing and re-freezing in a vacuum-sealed bag. Avoid multiple refreezing cycles.
