These premium scallops from Hokkaido are Size 2L, offering a large, satisfying bite. The meat is naturally sweet, tender, and succulent. They are flash-frozen using the Tunnel Freezer / IQF method to preserve their freshness and texture without any loss of quality. These are perfect for Hotate Sashimi, Hotate Nigiri Sushi, or grilled with butter and soy sauce. The scallops have a beautiful natural cream color and are ready to serve as soon as they are thawed. They are an excellent choice for premium Japanese restaurants and omakase menus.

 
Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 6-8 hours.
They can be served raw as sashimi or lightly grilled with butter.
Garnish with lemon, wasabi, soy sauce, or yuzu ponzu.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
