Product Description
Our boiled scallops are sized M and have been perfectly cooked to lock in their firm texture and natural sweetness. Their compact size makes them ideal for dishes where you need multiple pieces, such as a scallop rice bowl, bento boxes, Japanese salads, or sizzling platters.

These scallops are incredibly convenient; they're ready to eat once thawed or can be used in a variety of hot dishes like stir-fries, soups, or baked with cheese. This is a great, cost-effective, and high-quality ingredient for general Japanese restaurants, izakayas, and fusion menus. The scallops are frozen using a Tunnel Freezer system to maintain their quality, sweetness, and shape.


Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
They can be used immediately in cold dishes or cooked in hot dishes like stir-fries, grilling, or baking.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, or teriyaki sauce.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze to maintain quality.
