Usage
Thaw the abalone slowly by placing it in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for 8-10 hours.
Slice it thinly for sashimi or grill it with butter or sauce.
To make Awabi Ni, simmer it in a sauce made from soy sauce, mirin, and sake.
 

Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze to maintain its texture.
