Product Description
Our sashimi-grade scallops, sized 4S, are sourced from Hokkaido. They're the perfect bite-sized portion for a variety of dishes. Each scallop is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a rapid cooling system to preserve the quality of the meat. This smaller size is ideal for dishes like Hotate Don (scallop rice bowl), Gunkan Sushi, or as a topping for mixed sashimi platters. They are easy to usejust take what you need without having to thaw the entire bag.
Usage
Thaw the scallops by placing them in the refrigerator (0-5°C) for about 4-6 hours.
They are ready to be used as sashimi, lightly grilled, pan-fried with butter, or added to a seafood rice bowl.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, yuzu gel, or as a topping for sushi rolls.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
