Product Description
Our Ebara Asazuke No Moto Regular is a convenient Japanese pickling sauce from the famous Ebara brand. It has a well-balanced savory flavor with a fragrant aroma from kombu (kelp) stock. This sauce makes it quick and easy to make asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) without a long marinating time.

 
Usage
Cut your desired vegetables, such as cucumbers, daikon radish, carrots, or cabbage, into bite-sized pieces.
Place the vegetables in a plastic bag or an airtight container.
Pour in the Asazuke No Moto Regular sauce until it covers about two-thirds of the vegetables.
Seal the bag or container tightly and shake or mix well until the sauce coats the vegetables evenly.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, and it's ready to eat.
 

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and consume within the time specified on the label.
